摘　　要：高压黑水角阀是水煤浆加压气化工艺技术中的重要阀门,由于高压、高温、高腐蚀、高频率动作以及固、液、气三相流介质的高压差冲刷等恶劣工况,在国内早期煤气化项目建设中,黑水角阀一直被国外垄断,价格、采购周期等一直制约着企业生产。近些年来,国内阀门企业在吸收国外阀门技术基础上,开发出了较为成功的国产高压黑水角阀。同时,为有效监控阀门磨蚀情况,建立了流动腐蚀预测防控监管平台,实时监控阀门状况,提高了阀门预防性维修能力。结合各类德士古水煤浆气化装置中的高压黑水角阀实际应用经验,总结了在选型和使用中的注意事项。High-pressure blackwater Angle valve is important valves in coal water slurry pressurized gasification technology, due to high pressure, high temperature, high corrosion and high frequency movement of solid, liquid, gas three-phase flow medium and high pressure differential erosion, bad working conditions, such early in domestic coal gasification project construction, blackwater have been monopolized by foreign Angle valve, the price has been restricts the enterprise production, purchasing cycle, etc. In recent years, domestic valve enterprises in the absorption of foreign valve technology on the basis of the development of a more successful domestic high pressure blackwater Angle valve. At the same time, the flow corrosion prediction, prevention and control monitoring platform was established to effectively monitor valve abrasion, real-time monitoring valve condition and improving the preventive maintenance ability of valves. ■is paper combines the practical application experience of high pressure blackwater Angle valves in various Texaco coal water slurry gasification units and summarizes the matters needing attention in the selection and use.
