摘 要:针对神华九江电厂1000MW机组单台汽动给水泵布置的特点,对锅炉冷态启动过程中给水全过程自动控制方案策略进行研究,重点对于冷态清洗、热态清洗,锅炉点火,煤量变化,干湿态转换,给水主旁路切换6个工况变化较大的过程对给水的影响进行探讨,从而完善再循环流量、给水阀门、汽动给水泵3个分系统控制策略,解决系统间自动配合的问题。通过本项目的实施大幅降低运行人员在启动过程中的操作强度,对同类电厂实现给水自动控制有较强的借鉴意义。According to the layout characteristics of single steam driven feed pump of 1000MW unit in Shenhuan Jiujiang Power Plant, this paper studies the scheme design of automatic control system for the whole process of feed water in the process of cold start-up of boiler, focusing on the influence of six processes with great changes on feed water, which are cold cleaning, hot cleaning,boiler ignition, coal quantity change, dry wet state conversion and main bypass switch of feed water The control strategy of three sub-systems of recirculation flow, feed water valve and steam feed pump is improved, and the problem of automatic cooperation between systems is solved.Through the implementation of this project, the operation intensity of operators in the start-up process has been greatly reduced, which has a strong reference significance for similar power plants to achieve automatic control of water supply.
