摘  要:受新能源对电网的影响,火电机组深度调峰任务日渐加重,机组在中低负荷段运行时间增多,且AGC负荷指令和网频波动频繁。受这些因素影响,机组运行中的一些问题逐渐显露。锅炉燃烧中磨煤机运行台数少、给水流量低,锅炉受热面和汽水品质反应灵敏,极易发生参数超限,尤其是锅炉受热面管壁在煤量突增而水量不足时,炉管壁温上升速度快,超过允许值,长期运行极易造成炉管因金属疲劳、高温腐蚀而发生泄漏。通过对运行参数的分析,查找运行规律,对协调控制中的给水控制回路进行优化和参数调整。解决这一问题,使得低负荷波动时既能满足煤水比的匹配,又能抑制水冷壁管温度超限,提高锅炉运行的安全性。Due to the impact of new energy on the power grid, the deep peak load regulation task of thermal power units is becoming more and more serious, the operation time of units in the middle and low load section is increasing, and AGC load command and network frequency fluctuate frequently. Affected by these factors, some problems in unit operation are gradually revealed. During the boiler combustion, the number of coal pulverizers is small, the feed water flow is low, the boiler heating surface and steam water quality are sensitive, and it is very easy to exceed the limit of parameters, especially the boiler heating surface tube wall. When the coal quantity increases suddenly and the water quantity is insufficient, the furnace tube wall temperature rises rapidly, exceeding the allowable value, and long-term operation is very easy to cause the leakage of the furnace tube due to metal fatigue and high-temperature corrosion. ■rough the analysis of operation parameters, find the operation law, optimize and adjust the parameters of the feed water control circuit in the coordinated control, and solve this problem, so that when the load fluctuates,it can not only meet the matching of coal water ratio, but also restrain the temperature of water wall tube from exceeding the limit,and improve the safety of boiler operation.
