摘　　要：REXA Xpac电液执行器作为热工自动控制系统的执行设备,经常工作在高温、高压和具有腐蚀等恶劣的工作环境中,是比较容易出现故障的设备。执行器故障往往对热工自动控制系统产生直接的影响,甚至危及到机组的安全运行,维护好REXA Xpac执行器,做好执行器故障的预防,可以提高执行器的可靠性,减少或避免一些故障的发生,保障机组的安全经济运行。As the actuating equipment of the thermal control automatic system, REXA actuator is prone to failure in long-term harsh working environments such as high temperature, high pressure and corrosion. Actuator failure often has a direct impact on the thermal automatic control system, even endangering the safe operation of the unit. The maintenance of REXA Xpac actuators and the prevention of actuator failures can improve the reliability of the actuators, reduce or avoid some failures, and guarantee the safe and economic operation of the units.
