摘  要:电接点压力表广泛运用于工业生产中,其作用主要体现在显示压力、控制信号及报警信号的发送,为企业安全、平稳运行提供重要保障。针对机械式的电接点压力表校准,在JJG52-2013《弹性元件式一般压力表、压力真空表和真空表检定规程》中有详细要求,但对于新型的数显式电接点压力表暂时还没有规程规范来判断其计量性能。由此根据仪器说明书、参考JJG52-201、JJG 875-2019《数字压力计检定规程》、JJG 544-2011《压力控制器检定规程》等相关资料,简要介绍数显电接点压力表的校准方法及示值校准结果不确定度分析。The Electric contact pressure gauge is widely used in industrial production, and its main functions are displaying the pressure value of digital, sending the control signal and alarm signal, which ensure the safe and stable operation of enterprises. For the calibration of mechanical electric contact pressure gauges, there are detailed requirements in JJG52-2013 《Verification Regulation of Elastic Element Pressure Gauges,Pressure-Vacuum Gauges and Vacuum Gauges for General Use》. However, for the new type digital-display pressure gauge with electric contact, there is no specification to judge their metrological performance. According to the instrument manual, reference JJG52-1-2013, JJG 875-2019《Verification Regulation of Digital Pressure Gauge》, JJG 544-2011《Verification Regulation of Pressure Controller》and other relevant materials, the author briefly introduces the calibration method of digital display electric contact pressure gauge and the uncertainty analysis of the calibration result of indication error.
