系统性护理干预对降低ICU脑出血患者肺部感染率的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨系统性护理干预对降低重症监护室(ICU)脑出血患者肺部感染率的效果。方法抽取100例ICU脑出血患者,于2019年1月-2020年12月就诊,按随机数字表法分观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采用系统性护理干预,比较2组肺部感染率、气管置管时间、住院时间、生活质量及护理满意度。结果与对照组比较,观察组肺部感染率明显降低,气管置管时间、住院时间明显缩短(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组生理功能、生理职能、精神健康、生命活力、躯体疼痛、社会功能、情感职能、总体健康评分明显上升(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意率为94.00%,对照组护理总满意率为76.00%,观察组护理总满意率明显更高(P<0.05)。结论系统性护理干预应用到ICU脑出血患者中,可预防肺部感染,促进患者康复,提高其生活质量及护理满意度,应用价值显著。Objective To explore the effect of systematic nursing intervention on reducing the rate of pulmonary infection in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods100 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage in ICU were selected and treated from January 2019 to December 2020.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received systematic nursing intervention.The pulmonary infection rate,infection time,hospital stay,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.ResultsCompared with the control group,the pulmonary infection rate in the observation group was significantly reduced,and the tracheal intubation time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shortened(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the scores of physiological function,physiological function,mental health,life vitality,physical pain,social function,emotional function and overall health in the observation group increased significantly(P<0.05);The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 94.00%,and that in the control group was 76.00%.Compared with the control group,the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention applied to patients with intracerebral hemorrhage in ICU can prevent pulmonary infection,promote patients'rehabilitation,improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and has high application value.
