摘　　要：文章介绍了一种基于卫星接收机射频前端的高密度多芯片低噪放电路模块的设计,并对其进行建模仿真验证,低噪放电路模块具有低插损、小型化、复用性强、有效成本控制的优势,在未来卫星导航接收机中具有广阔的应用前景。This paper introduces the design of a high-density multi-chip low-noise amplifier circuit module based on the RF front end of satellite receiver,and models and simulates it.The low-noise amplifier circuit module designed in this paper has the advantages of low insertion loss,miniaturization,strong reusability and effective cost control,and has broad application prospects in future satellite navigation receivers.
