中药降糖茶方对糖耐量异常患者糖代谢及肠道中短链脂肪酸的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药降糖茶方对糖耐量异常患者糖代谢及肠道中短链脂肪酸的影响。方法:120例随机分为对照组50例和观察组70例,对照组给予饮食与运动疗法,观察组给予中药降糖茶方加减治疗。比较两组治疗前后糖脂代谢以及体成分、中短链脂肪酸水平变化,分析两组糖尿病的转化率和逆转率差异。结果:与治疗前相比,两组治疗后的血清TG、FBG、P2hBG水平以及内脏脂肪面积、体脂肪率明显降低,血清TC、LDL-C、HDL-C以及无机盐含量、水分含量、肌肉含量均明显升高,且观察组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组丁酸和SCFAs改善更为显著(P<0.05)。两组逆转率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组转化率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药降糖茶方治疗糖耐量异常,可改善糖脂代谢,控制糖尿病病程。Objective:To observe the effect of Jiangtang Tea Prescription on glucose metabolism and intestinal short-medium chain fatty acids in patients with impaired glucose tolerance.Methods:A total of 120 cases were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(70 cases).The control group were treated with diet and exercise therapy,while the observation group were treated with Jiangtang Tea Prescription.The changes of glucose and lipid metabolism,body composition and short-medium chain fatty acid levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the differences of conversion rate and reversal rate of diabetes between the two groups were analyzed.Results:Compared with those before treatment,the levels of serum TG,FBG,P2 hBG,visceral fat area and body fat rate in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the levels of serum TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,inorganic salt content,water content and muscle content were significantly increased,and the improvement in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).After treatment,butyric acid and SCFAs in the observation group improved more significantly(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the reversal rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The conversion rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiangtang Tea Prescription could improve glucose and lipid metabolism and control the course of diabetes in the treatment of impaired glucose tolerance.
