清热活血消肿方熏洗对痔疮术后疼痛程度及创面愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察清热活血消肿方熏洗对痔疮术后疼痛程度、创面愈合的影响。方法:80例随机分为两组各40例,两组均用痔疮套扎术与外痔切除术治疗,对照组术后给予高锰酸钾熏洗,观察组术后给予清热活血消肿方熏洗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术后1d、3d、7d疼痛VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组水肿、出血、渗液、坠胀症状消失时间以及创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后两组在肛缘水肿、坠胀积分均低于治疗前且观察组治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:痔疮术后给予清热活血消肿方熏洗可有效缓解术后疼痛,促进创面的早日愈合,缓解水肿及坠胀症状。Objective:To observe the effect of Qingre Huoxue Xiaozhong Decoction fumigation on postoperative pain and wound healing of hemorrhoids.Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with hemorrhoids ligation and external hemorrhoids resection.The control group were given potassium permanganate fumigation after operation while the observation group were given Qingre Huoxue Xiaozhong Decoction fumigation after operation in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 1 d,3 d and 7 d after operation(P<0.05).The disappearance time of edema,hemorrhage,exudation,bulge symptoms and wound healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of anal edema and bulge in the two groups were lower than those before treatment and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingre Huoxue Xiaozhong Decoction fumigation after hemorrhoid surgery could effectively relieve postoperative pain,promote early wound healing,and relieve edema and bulge symptoms.
