五虫通络胶囊辅治颈动脉硬化气虚血瘀型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察五虫通络胶囊辅治颈动脉硬化(CAS)气虚血瘀型的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为对照组与观察组各30例。两组均用阿托伐他汀片治疗,观察组加用五虫通络胶囊。结果:观察组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)、IMT低于对照组(P<0.05)、Crouse积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。TC、TG、LDL,ox-LDL水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后最大斑块面积与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:五虫通络胶囊联合阿托伐他汀片治疗颈动脉硬化气虚血瘀型有良好疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wuchong Tongluo Capsule in treating carotid atherosclerosis(CAS)of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with atorvastatin tablets,and the observation group were treated with Wuchong Tongluo capsules in addition.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).IMT was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and Crouse score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TC,TG,LDL and ox-LDL were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the maximum plaque area between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Wuchong Tongluo Capsule combined with atorvastatin tablets has a good effect in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis with qi deficiency and blood stasis.
