透骨草方热敷结合龙氏推拿治疗颈肩腰腿痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察透骨草方热敷结合龙氏推拿治疗颈肩腰腿痛(NSLP)的效果。方法:70例运用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各35例。两组均用龙氏推拿治疗,观察组加用透骨草方热敷治疗,持续治疗2周。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组疼痛VAS评分较治疗前均下降,JOA评分、FuglMeyer评分和Barthel指数较治疗前均升高(P<0.05),且观察组各指标变化大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:透骨草方热敷结合龙氏推拿治疗NSLP疗效确切较好。Objective:To observe the effect of Tougucao Prescription with hot compress combined with Long’s massage in the treatment of neck,shoulder,low back and leg pain(NSLP).Methods:Seventy cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,35 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Long’s massage,and the observation group were treated with Tougucao Prescription with hot compress for 2 weeks.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pain VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the JOA score,Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the changes of each index in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tougucao Prescription with hot compress combined with Long’s massage is effective in treating NSLP.
