摘 要:目的:探讨2020年版《中国药典》一部成方制剂项下十三味榜嘎散标准中显微鉴别项的相关问题,为下一版《中国药典》的修订提出参考。方法:对十三味榜嘎散及组成药材进行显微鉴别研究。结果:部分药材显微特征存在交叉,或与规定不符,或检验困难。结论:建议使用其它显微特征或鉴别方法对十三味榜嘎散的投料药材进行规范。Objective: To explore the related problems of the microscopic identification items in the standard of Shisanwei Bangga San under the prescription preparation in the first part of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020, and provide references for the revision of the next edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Method: The microscopic identification of Shisanwei Bangga San and its components was carried out. Result: The microscopic characteristics of some herbs were overlapping, or inconsistent with the regulations, or difficult to test. Conclusion: It is suggested that other microscopic characteristics or identification methods should be used to standardize the raw materials of Shisanwei Bangga San.
