摘　　要：现如今,儿童用药安全问题成为一个世界性难题,通过对各种文献的研究与分析发现其原因在于儿童药品种类少,以及缺少适用于儿童的药品剂型和规格。儿科患者是一个特殊的用药群体,这也对临床研究、开发儿童专用药物和规范化用药提出了更高的要求。Objective: Nowadays, the safety of pediatric drugs has become a worldwide problem. Through the research and analysis of various literature, it was found that the reasons were the few kinds of pediatric drugs and the lack of dosage forms and specifications for children. Pediatric patients are a special medication group, which puts forward higher requirements for clinical research, development of special drugs for children, and standardized medication.
