适应中医药院校“卓越医师”培养要求的开放式实践教学体系构建

摘　　要：开放式实践教学是高等医药院校培养“卓越医师”的重要举措,更是中医药院校缩小与西医药院校教学质量差距和摆脱教学资源困境的现实路向,对于创新性人才培养具有重要意义。本文首先提出了开放式实践教学在中医药院校实践的必要性,并基于课程体系、教学模式、平台建设、师资队伍、质量监控等五方面阐述了开放式实践教学体系建设的内涵,以期为中医药院校实行开放式实践教学管理带来思路。Open practice teaching is an important measure for higher medical schools to train "excellent physicians". It is also a realistic way to narrow the teaching quality gap between Chinese medical schools and Western medical schools and get rid of the plight of teaching resources. It is of great significance to the cultivation of innovative talents. This article first puts forward the necessity of open practice teaching in University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and explains the connotation of the open practice teaching system from five aspects: curriculum structure, teaching mode, platform construction, faculty, and quality control.This study has brought ideas for the implementation of open practice teaching management in the university of traditional Chinese medicine.
