摘　　要：肝损伤是指以肝细胞功能障碍和代谢紊乱为特征的一系列危险病理状态,严重时可导致肝衰竭。肝损伤作为各类肝脏疾病发生发展的初级阶段受到了广泛的关注。目前,对于肝损伤的研究仍集中于对致病因素的探讨和治疗药物的挖掘,机制探讨尚不全面。本文以肝损伤的致病机制为切入点,对肝损伤的发生发展及其相关治疗药物的研究进行论述,为肝损伤的治疗提供新的思路。Liver injury refers to a series of dangerous pathological conditions characterized by hepatocyte dysfunction and metabolic disorder, which may lead to liver failure in severe cases. As the primary stage of various liver diseases, liver injury has been widely concerned. At present, the research on liver injury still focuses on the exploration of pathogenic factors and the development of therapeutic drugs, and the mechanism is not comprehensively studied. This paper focuses on the pathogenic mechanism of liver injury, and discusses the occurrence and development of liver injury and the research on related therapeutic agents, which provides novel ideas for the treatment of liver injury.
