摘 要:目的:探讨肾虚型哮喘患者与干寒体液型哮喘患者血浆代谢物质变化差异及影响。方法:选取2020年5月—2021年10月新疆医科大学附属中医医院收治的20例肾虚型哮喘患者与20例干寒体液型哮喘患者的血液样本。采用液相色谱-质谱法(L C-M C)对患者血液样本进行氨基酸代谢组学分析,筛选差异代谢物质,并将差异代谢物质通过MetaboAnalyst5.0进行生物信息学研究。结果:筛选出天冬氨酸等12个差异代谢氨基酸,主要代谢通路包括苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸和色氨酸生物合成、组氨酸代谢、丙氨酸、天冬氨酸和谷氨酸代谢。结论:肾虚型哮喘患者与干寒体液型哮喘患者血浆氨基酸代谢存在显著差异,有望成为诊治哮喘的潜在靶点。Objective To investigate the differences and effects of plasma a mino acid in renal virtual asthma and dry cold body fluid disorder asthma patients based on metabolomics.Methods From March 2020 to October 2021,plasma of 20 renal virtual asthma and dry cold body fluid disorder asthma patients of the Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were collected.Take high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)to detect the characteristics of plasma metabolites in each group.The differential metabolites were screened and bioinformatics studies were conducted through MetaboAnalyst 5.0.Results The 12 different metabolic a mino acids,such as aspartic acid,were screened,and the main perturbation metabolic pathways included phenylalanine,tyrosine and tryptophan biosynthesis,histamine metabolism,alanine,aspartame and glutamate metabolism.Conclusion There are significant differences in plasma a mino acid metabolism between patients with renal virtual asthma and patients with dry cold body fluid disorder asthma,which is expected to be a potential target for the diagnosis and treatment of asthma.
