摘 要:目的 了解天津市登革热媒介白纹伊蚊密度、分布、季节消长规律及登革病毒感染情况,为登革热防治、风险评估和预警提供科学依据。方法 2019-2021年采用布雷图指数(BI)法开展白纹伊蚊种群密度监测,采用反转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)检测登革病毒,采用SPSS 24.0软件进行数据分析,分类资料比较采用χ2检验。结果2019-2021年天津市白纹伊蚊BI分别为0.57、0.61和0.86,平均BI最高值在8月;3年容器指数(CI)分别为1.05%、1.25%和1.93%。共检测白纹伊蚊雌蚊和幼蚊27 000只,登革病毒均为阴性。结论 2019-2021年天津市白纹伊蚊密度整体处于较低水平,未发现其携带登革病毒,但仍需加强环境监测和治理。Objective To understand the density, distribution, seasonal fluctuation, and infection of Dengue virus of dengue vector Aedes albopictus in Tianjin, China, and to provide a scientific basis for the control, risk assessment, and early warning of dengue fever. Methods The Breteau index(BI) method was used to monitor the density of Ae.albopictus population from 2019 to 2021. Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) was performed to detect Dengue virus. SPSS 24.0 software was used for data analysis. Categorical data were compared by χ2test. Results The BI were 0.57, 0.61, and 0.86 in Tianjin in the three years, respectively, and average BI value peaked in August. The container index(CI) were 1.05%, 1.25%, and 1.93% in the three years, respectively. A total of 27 000 female adults and larvae of Ae. albopictus were detected for dengue virus and all the results were negative. Conclusion The Ae.albopictus density was relatively low and Dengue virus were not found in them in Tianjin from 2019 to 2021.Nevertheless, environmental monitoring and management should be strengthened.
