摘  要:纯棉、棉混纺或化纤针织物等纺织品上往往存留各种浆料和纺织化学助剂,在印染加工前,必须将纺织品上的这些化学物质去除,才能进行染色。含有这些化学物质的废水称为退浆废水,退浆废水浓度较高、难降解和可生化性差,在印染废水的化学需氧量(COD)中约占50%。即使印染厂自身有较好的污水处理条件,化学物质也仅能部分分解,并且还可能引起污水处理成本增加。本文通过实验分析适当的预处理方法,改善废水的可生化性,提高生化处理效果,降低印染废水处理费用,且做到达标排放。During processing of the pure cotton、cotton blended or chemical fiber of knittings, various sizing material and the chemical assistants of soft goods would meet.Before the dyeing process, the chemical material on the textiles must get rid of, and then the dyeing process can be continued.The waste water which contains of this chemical material was named desizing waste water including high concentrated, hard decomposable and bad biodegradable, which occupied 50% of the COD_(Cr) in the dying waste water.Even if the dyeing factory have a good sewage treatment facility, the chemical material can only partly decomposed, besides, the cost of waste water treatment might be increased.This design through a way by properly preliminary treatment, betterment the biochemical treatment, lowed the cost of the dyeing waste water treatment indeed, and let the dyeing waste water vent in rule.
