摘  要:为了提高硫酸法烷基化装置产品竞争力,满足日益严格的环保政策法规管理要求,设计了多项异辛烷装置节能技改措施。重点研究了异辛烷装置D204冷剂罐含硫放空气流程优化技术方案、异辛烷装置热媒水流程优化技术方案和异辛烷装置汽轮机凝结水回收技术方案这3项节能技改措施,在降低生产成本的前提下,提高了产品质量,带动了上、下游生产装置节能技改工作的深入开展。In order to improve the product competitiveness of sulfuric acid alkylation unit and meet the increasing management requirements of environmental protection policies and regulations, a number of energy-saving technical transformation measures have been designed for isooctane unit.This paper focused on the three energy-saving technical transformation measures of the sulfur-containing vent air process optimization technology scheme of the D204 refrigerant tank in the isooctane unit, the heat medium water process optimization technology scheme of the isooctane unit, and the condensate water recovery technology scheme of the steam turbine in the isooctane unit.Under the premise of reducing the production cost, the product quality was improved, and the energy-saving technical transformation work of the upstream and downstream production units was promoted.
