摘 要:目的:基于专利数据挖掘分析中医脉诊仪关键技术识别与趋势。方法:采用《国际专利分类表》分类号结合关键词检索的方式,检索官方专利信息平台网站中有关中医脉诊仪领域的技术,从专利申请趋势和申请人地域分布、专利技术结构分布、技术生命周期、专利运营和法律信息等角度分析关键技术的识别与趋势分析。结果:中医脉诊仪有关的专利申请量逐年上升,其中《国际专利分类表》分类号A61B5/02是最重要的技术分支,中国申请的专利数量占到总申请量的95.99%(2109/2197),专利申请人集中于高新技术企业、高校、科研院所,发生过转让的专利占专利总量的9.24%(203/2197),存活期为1年、2年、3年的专利申请数量最多。结论:中医脉诊仪近些年来成为研究热点,关键技术主要集中在脉诊测试装置方面,我国在专利数量方面处于领先地位,专利申请人集中度不高,大部分专利的存活期相对较短,专利的转让比例较低。Objective:To analyze the key technology identification and trend of TCM pulse diagnosis instrument based on patent data mining.Methods:The technology of traditional Chinese medicine pulse diagnosis instrument in the official patent information platform website was retrieved by using the International Patent Classification Table classification number combined with keyword search.The identification and trend analysis of key technologies were analyzed from the perspectives of patent application trend,applicant geographical distribution,patent technology structure distribution,technology life cycle,patent operation and legal information.Results:The number of patent applications related to TCM pulse diagnostic apparatus has increased year by year,of which the International Patent Classification Table classification number A61B5/02 is the most important technical branch.The number of patents applied in China accounted for 95.99%(2109/2197)of the total number of applications.Patent applicants were concentrated in high-tech enterprises,universities and scientific research institutes.The transferred patents accounted for 9.24%(203/2197)of the total patents.The number of patent applications with a lifetime of 1,2and 3 years was the largest.Conclusion:TCM pulse diagnosis instrument has become a research hotspot in recent years.The key technologies are mainly concentrated in the pulse diagnosis test device.China is in a leading position in the number of patents.The concentration of patent applicants is not high,and the survival period of most patents is relatively short,and the proportion of patent transfer is low.
