耳灸联合腕踝针防治肺癌患者化疗相关恶心呕吐的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察耳灸联合腕踝针对肺癌患者化疗相关恶心呕吐的防治效果。方法:将82例肺癌化疗患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组遵医嘱予以昂丹司琼止吐方案治疗并配合常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予耳灸联合腕踝针治疗,干预时间为5 d。比较两组患者恶心呕吐发生率、恶心呕吐次数、恶心呕吐严重程度、生活质量得分与不良反应发生率。结果:在首日化疗结束后24 h(急性期)及化疗结束后第4天(延迟期),观察组患者恶心呕吐发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),恶心严重程度得分低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在延迟期,观察组患者呕吐次数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者干预后生活质量总分,以及生理状况、功能状况、情感状况、家庭/社会状况及肺癌相关症状得分方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率观察组为17.1%(7/41),低于对照组的34.1%(14/41),但两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:耳灸联合腕踝针防治肺癌患者化疗相关恶心呕吐疗效显著,能提高患者生活质量,减轻止吐药物不良反应的发生率。Objective:To investigate the effect of auricular moxibustion combined with wrist-ankle acupuncture on chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting in lung cancer patients.Methods:A total of 82 lung cancer chemotherapy patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.Patients in the control group was treated with ondansetron antiemetic regimen and routine nursing as prescribed,while the observation group was treated with auricular moxibustion combined with wrist and ankle acupuncture on the basis of the control group.And the intervention time was 5 days.The incidence,frequency and severity of nausea and vomiting,quality of life and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of nausea and vomiting in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 24 h after the end of the first day of chemotherapy(acute phase)and at 4 days after the end of chemotherapy(delayed phase),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The score of nausea severity in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The frequecy of vomiting in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant in the delayed phase(P<0.05).The differences in total quality of life score,in terms of physical status,functional status,emotional status,family/social status and lung cancer-related symptoms scores between the two groups after the intervention were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 17.1%(7/41)in the observation group,lower than 34.1%(14/41)in the control group,but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Auricular moxibustion combined with wrist-ankle acupuncture was effective in preventing chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting in lung cancer patients,and it can improve patients’quality of life and reduce the incidence of adverse reac
