摘　　要：西北地区咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿多以“顽固性干咳”为主诉就诊,中医学重视疾病临床表现的地域特征及与地理环境的关系。以咳嗽变异性哮喘的主症为依据,以“燥气理论”为指导,结合西北地区环境气候和饮食特点,阐明西北地区小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的病因病机特点。发作期外有风燥,内有燥痰、肝木失养,缓解期以肺肾阴亏为主,进而提出“润燥疏风,敛肺止咳”,“润燥化痰,散结通滞”,“柔养肝木,息风肃肺”,“滋肾润肺,纳气固本”的治疗原则及相应的防护措施,丰富了小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘“因地制宜”的辨证论治体系,为西北地区小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的防治提供新的思路。Children with cough variant asthma in northwest China are often treated with"intractable dry cough"as the chief complaint.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)attaches importance to regional characteristics of clinical manifestations of the disease and its relationship with geographical environment.Based on the primary symptom of cough variant asthma,the dryness theory and the characteristics of northwest climate and diet,this paper tried to elucidate the etiology and pathogenesis of children with cough variant asthma in northwest China.During attack period,there are wind-dry pathogens outside,and dry phlegm,liver malnourished inside,while the deficiency of lung and kidney Yin is the main factor in the remission stage.Then the treatment principles and corresponding protective measures include"moistening dryness and dispersing wind,astringing the lung to stop cough","moistening dryness and resolving phlegm,dispersing stagnation","nourishing liver wood,dispelling wind and descending lung"and"nourishing kidney and moistening lung,supporting the healthy energy".It enriches the syndrome differentiation and treatment system of children’s cough variant asthma according to local conditions,and provides a new idea for the prevention and treatment of children’s cough variant asthma in northwest China.
