摘 要:基于历代本草、医学古籍和相关文献资料,系统梳理菟丝子炮制方法的历史沿革与发展,并进行可视化分析;汇总国家及地方标准中收录的相关炮制方法,对比古今炮制方法的差异。研究发现,菟丝子在古代炮制方法多样,有炒制、酒制、盐制、米泔水制、黄精汁煮等,且临床多用酒制品;现代国家及地方标准中记载的炮制品多为盐制品,现代实验研究也多集中于盐制品,一些特色炮制方法逐渐消失。目前地方标准中所记载的炮制方法多样,缺乏统一的质量标准,导致饮片质量良莠不齐,极大地限制了菟丝子的临床应用和临床疗效。该研究通过对菟丝子古今炮制方法及现代研究进行梳理,并对目前存在的问题进行分析,以期为菟丝子古代炮制方法的传承、饮片的质量标准提升等方面提供参考。Based on the past herbal medicine,ancient medical books and related literature,the author systematically combed the historical evolution and development of Tusizi(Cuscutae Semen)processing methods,and carried out visual analysis.In addition,the relevant processing methods included in national and local standards are summarized,and the differences between ancient and modern processing methods are compared.The processing methods of Tusizi(Cuscutae Semen)were diverse in ancient times,including stir frying,wine making,salt making,rice swill making,Huangjing(Polygonatum flavum)juice cooking,etc.In clinical practice,wine products are mostly used.The processed products recorded in modern national and local standards are mostly salt products,and modern experimental research is also mostly focused on salt products.Some characteristic processing methods are gradually disappearing.At present,the processing methods recorded in the local standards are diverse,and there is a lack of unified quality standards,resulting in uneven quality of decoction pieces,which greatly limits the clinical application and clinical efficacy.This study combs the ancient and modern processing methods and modern research of Tusizi(Cuscutae Semen),and analyzes the existing problems,in order to provide reference for the inheritance of ancient processing methods of Tusizi(Cuscutae Semen)and the improvement of quality standards of decoction pieces.
