摘　　要：通过查阅近年来针刺治疗焦虑症疗效影响因素的磁共振成像研究的文献,分别从不同腧穴的选择、针刺深度、针刺方式的选择、得气与非得气、针刺时间和疾病阶段方面进行分析,进一步探讨针刺抗焦虑的中枢机制。目前有关针刺治疗焦虑症的脑功能成像研究较少且分散,而且大多数仅从单一的成像方法来研究探讨,而针刺对广泛性焦虑的“多靶点、多层次”的效应既是优势,也为研究带来了难度,即传统研究方法不足以呈现脑功能的全貌及脑成像的优势。运用机器学习和神经成像技术整合,对系统全面地研究针刺抗焦虑的中枢机制具有重大的意义,并且能为临床治疗方案设计提供客观的参考。This paper reviews the literature on magnetic resonance imaging study of acupuncture in the treatment of anxiety disorders and the factors affecting efficacy in recent years.The analysis was carried out by the selection of different acupoints,depth of needling,choice of acupuncture method,attain-ment and non-attainment of Qi,timing of needling and stage of disease,respectively.The central mechanism of anti-anxiety by acupuncture can be further revealed.Functional brain imaging studies on acupuncture for anxiety disorders are few and scattered currently,and most of them have been investigated only from a single imaging method.However,the multi-target and multi-level effect of acupuncture on generalized anxiety is an advantage,but it also poses a challenge for research.Traditional research methods are inadequate to present the full picture of brain function and the advantages of brain imaging.Therefore,it is of great significance to use machine learning and neuroimaging techniques to integrate multiple influencing factors to systematically and comprehensively study the central mechanisms of anti-anxiety in acupuncture.And it can provide objective reference for treatment plan design in clinical trials.
