摘　　要：目的对梨状肌综合征患者使用针刺结合体外冲击波治疗的效果进行探讨。方法将2019年12月—2021年12月期间吉林省吉林中西医结合医院诊治的98例梨状肌综合征患者为研究对象,根据随机抽签方式分成常规组(49例)和研究组(49例)。常规组患者使用常规中医手法进行治疗,研究组应用针刺联合体外冲击波方式开展治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果研究组治疗有效率97.96%高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.127,P=0.007);研究组臀部静息痛、臀部按压痛、臀部活动痛、下肢放射痛分数分别为(0.35±0.01)分、(0.70±0.05)分、(0.71±0.02)分、(0.28±0.07)分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.058、9.990、9.124、34.990,P<0.001);研究组梨状肌紧张试验评分、跛行评分、睡眠困难评分分别为(0.64±0.22)分、(0.35±0.06)分、(0.23±0.09)分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.172、8.782、15.495,P<0.001)。结论为梨状肌综合征患者使用针刺结合体外冲击波进行治疗,可以改善患者临床症状,减轻患者疼痛,治疗效果显著。Objective To investigate the effect of using acupuncture combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy in patients with pyriform muscle syndrome.Methods 98 patients with pyriform muscle syndrome treated at Jilin Hospital of Integrative Medicine in Jilin Province during December 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into a conventional group(49 cases)and a study group(49 cases)according to a randomized lottery.Patients in the conventional group were treated with conventional Chinese medicine techniques,while patients in the study group were treated with acupuncture combined with extracorporeal shock wave,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment efficiency of the study group was 97.96%,which was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.127,P=0.007);the scores of resting hip pain,hip pressure pain,hip activity pain,and lower limb radiating pain in the study group were(0.35±0.01)points,(0.70±0.05)points,(0.71±0.02)points,and(0.28±0.07)points,all of which were lower than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.058,9.990,9.124,34.990,P<0.001);the pear muscle tension test scores,claudication scores,and sleep difficulty scores of the study group were(0.64±0.22)points,(0.35±0.06)points,and(0.23±0.09)points,respectively,all of which were lower than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.058,9.990,9.124,34.990,P<0.001),and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.172,8.782,15.495,P<0.001).Conclusion The use of acupuncture combined with extracorporeal shock wave for patients with pyriform muscle syndrome can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the pain of patients,with significant therapeutic effect.
