血常规检验在珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血和缺铁性贫血诊断与鉴别诊断中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析缺铁性贫血、珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血采取血常规检验的鉴别价值。方法选择2019年5月—2021年8月平邑县人民医院门诊收治的30例缺铁性贫血患者(缺铁性贫血组)、30例珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血患者(珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血组)为研究对象,并选取同时间段院内30名体检健康者作为参比组。针对3组均实施血常规检验,比较3组各项血常规指标。结果珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血组的红细胞水平(RBC)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞分布宽度(RDW)指标(4.93±0.78)×10^(12)、(69.82±5.54)fl、(92.45±13.54)g/L、(0.22±0.01)%明显高于缺铁性贫血组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.041、3.929、5.190、12.124,P<0.05)。结论血常规检验可实施缺铁性贫血、珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血的诊断及鉴别。Objective To analyze the differential value of iron deficiency anemia and pearl protein production disorder anemia taken by routine blood tests.Methods 30 iron deficiency anemia patients(iron deficiency anemia group)and 30 globin dysgenesis anemia patients(globin dysgenesis anemia group)admitted to the outpatient clinic of the People’s Hospital of Pingyi County from May 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects,and 30healthy people in the hospital during the same period were selected as the reference group.Blood routine examination was carried out for the three groups,and all blood routine indexes of the three groups were compared.Results Red blood cell level(RBC),mean corpuscular volume(MCV),hemoglobin(Hb),and red blood cell distribution width(RDW)in the thalassemia group(4.93±0.78)×10^(12),(69.82±5.54)fl,(92.45±13.54)g/L,(0.22±0.01)%were significantly higher than those in iron deficiency anemia group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.041,3.929,5.190,12.124,P<0.05).Conclusion Routine blood tests can be performed for the diagnosis and differentiation of iron deficiency anemia and pearl protein production disorder anemia.
