孟鲁司特钠辅助吸氧疗法对肺炎患儿炎性因子及免疫功能的改善作用

摘　　要：目的研究孟鲁司特钠辅助吸氧疗法对肺炎患儿炎性因子及免疫功能的改善作用。方法选取2020年1—12月,新泰市人民医院接受治疗的86例肺炎患儿,随机分为对照组(常规治疗,43例)与观察组(孟鲁司特钠辅助吸氧治疗,43例),比较两组治疗效果。结果临床总有效率比较,观察组为95.35%明显优于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.074,P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组免疫功能指标以及炎性因子水平比较,观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过孟鲁司特钠辅助吸氧疗法治疗肺炎患儿,能够提高临床疗效,改善患儿免疫功能,降低炎性因子水平。Objective To study the effect of montelukast sodium assisted oxygen therapy on inflammatory factors and immune function in children with pneumonia.Methods 86 children with pneumonia treated in Xintai People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into control group(conventional treatment,43 cases)and observation group(montelukast sodium assisted oxygen therapy,43 cases),and the treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(81.40%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.074,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,comparison of the levels of immune function indexes and inflammatory factors between the two groups,in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of children with pneumonia by supplemental oxygen inhalation therapy with montelukast sodium can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the immune function of children,reduce the level of inflammatory.
