黄葵胶囊联合达格列净治疗糖尿病肾病的效果

摘　　要：目的评估糖尿病肾病患者采用黄葵胶囊与达格列净联合治疗方案临床效果。方法本研究纳入2019年1月—2021年1月海安市人民医院收治的82例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各41例,对照组患者采用达格列净治疗,观察组采用达格列净联合黄葵胶囊治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效与治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量及尿素氮水平变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.12%,明显高于对照组的80.49%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.931,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者24 h尿蛋白定量及尿素氮水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者24 h尿蛋白定量及尿素氮水平均明显好转,且观察组患者指标优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论达格列净联合黄葵胶囊用药治疗糖尿病肾病取得较好效果,患者总有效率高,肾功能指标得到改善,值得临床应用与研究。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of okra capsule combined with dapagliflozin in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 82 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted in Hai’an City People’s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.Control group patients were treated by dapagliflozin.Observation group patients were treated by dapagliflozin combined with okra capsule.The clinical curative effect and the changes of 24 h urine protein quantification and urea nitrogen level in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was95.12%,which was significantly higher than 80.49% of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.931,P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences of the24 h urine protein quantify and urea nitrogen levels of patients between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the 24 h urine protein quantify and urea nitrogen levels of patients in each group were significantly improved,and the index in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dapagliflozin combined with okra capsule in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy had a good effect.The total effective rate of patients was high,the renal function index was improved,which was worthy of clinical application and research.
