摘　　要：冰雪经济的发展对冰雪旅游岗位用人标准有了更高的要求,而高素质应用型人才培养在冰雪旅游发展中起着重要的作用。结合黑龙江省冰雪旅游产业发展的现状及未来的发展趋势,探索创新应用型冰雪旅游人才培养模式,推动冰雪旅游人才培养高质量发展,为我国冰雪旅游人才的培养提供借鉴。Since the development of ice-snow economy has higher requirements for the employment standards of ice-snow tourism posts, the cultivation of high-quality application-oriented talents plays an important role in the development of ice-snow tourism. In combination with the current situation and future development trend of the ice-snow tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province, the paper explores the innovative cultivating mode of applied ice-snow tourism talents, which may both promote the high-quality development of ice-snow tourism talents cultivation and also provide a new paradigm for the training of ice-snow tourism talents in China.
