摘　　要：在新的时代背景下网络经济发展非常迅速,符合时代发展的要求,有利于提升我国的综合实力,需要发展战略目标,着眼于网络经济的发展特征以及优势,在进一步调整以及改进的基础上实现国家综合实力的稳定提升。网络经济与其他经济发展模式存在一定的区别及联系,能够体现与时俱进的发展理念,促进不同经济活动的顺利落实。从宏观的角度将理论分析与实践研究相结合,了解网络经济的产业组织特征,提出相应的解决对策以及发展手段,为提升网络经济综合实力提供一定的参考和借鉴。Under the background of the new era, the network economy is developing very rapidly. The network economy meets the requirements of the development of the times and has a key impact on improving my country’s comprehensive strength. The country needs to constantly adjust its economic construction and development strategic goals, focusing on the development characteristics and advantages of the network economy., on the basis of further adjustment and improvement, to achieve a steady increase in the country’s comprehensive strength. There are certain differences and connections between the network economy and other economic development models,which can reflect the development concept of advancing with the times, promote the smooth implementation of different economic activities. In this regard, this paper combines theoretical analysis and practical research from a macro perspective, understands the characteristics of the industrial organization of the network economy, and proposes corresponding solutions and development methods, in order to provide some reference for improving the comprehensive strength of the network economy.
