基于文献计量的大学内部学科交叉研究--以浙江工业大学为例

摘　　要：学科交叉是高校创建一流学科、实现重大科学突破与培养拔尖创新人才的重要途径。以浙江工业大学为例,探究其内部学科交叉现状,以基于论文的学科间合作网络为刻画对象,运用文献计量和社会网络分析方法,对学科交叉的数据特征与合作网络进行分析,表征出小团体、同质化、定向性等特征,提出顶层战略设计驱动学科交叉、新型科技创新平台助推学科交叉、科研范式变革倒逼学科交叉等解决方案,为高校开展学科交叉提供新的研究视角与发展路径。Interdisciplinary collaboration is an importan t way for colleges and universities to strive for first-class disciplines,to make great breakthroughs in science and to cultivate top innovative talents.Taking interdisciplinary collaborations in Zhejiang University of Technology,the collaboration network based on research papers is studied in detail using bibliometric analysis and social network analysis.Results show that the cooperation network exhibits typical subgrouped,assortative and orientative characteristics.Furthermore,several solutions are proposed,which include top-level strategy to motivate interdisciplinary collaboration,new science&technology innovation platform to promote interdisciplinary collaboration,and reformation of scientific research paradigm to force interdisciplinary collaboration.This study can provide new perspectives and development paths for colleges and universities to carry out further interdisciplinary researches.
