摘 要:引导高校毕业生到祖国需要的地方、到基层建功立业,是新时代高校人才培养的努力方向。选调生制度是党和国家培养选拔优秀年轻干部的一项重要制度安排,地方高校应当有所作为。以浙江工业大学为例,梳理地方高校2019-2022年选调生工作的实践探索和成效,分析其存在的问题,并提出强化选调生报考动员机制、实施公共服务动机培养机制、完善选调生服务机制、健全选调生互动机制等对策建议,以期为更多高校选调生工作提供参考借鉴。Guiding university graduates to make achievements in places where the motherland needs most or at the grass-roots level is the direction of talent training in universities in the new era.The practice of“Selected Graduates”is an important institutional arrangement for the Party and the country to train and select outstanding young cadres,so local universities should endeavor to fulfill this task.Taking Zhejiang University of Technology as an example,this paper reviews the exploration and effectiveness of the practice of“Selected Graduates”in local universities from 2019 to 2022,and analyzes its existing problems.Then some countermeasures and suggestions,such as strengthening the mobilization mechanism for the application of“Selected Graduates”,implementing the public service motivation training mechanism,improving the service mechanism and perfecting the interaction mechanism for these graduates are put forward,with a view to providing reference for the“Selected Graduates”work in more universities.
