摘  要:针对当前电渗排水法存在阳极腐蚀严重,排水设备安装繁琐等问题,提出了一种新型导电塑料排水板。新型导电塑料排水板可以快速装配形成单层或多层水平电渗排水系统,省时省力的同时还解决了电渗过程中的电极腐蚀问题和电渗后期电极与淤泥的脱开问题。以安徽阜阳市骆家沟清淤工程所产生的高含水率疏浚淤泥为研究对象,采用导电塑料排水板进行双层水平电渗脱水模型试验。试验结果表明:该导电塑料排水板的电渗排水性能优良,且双层布置能获得更好的电渗效果。In view of the serious anodic corrosion and cumbersome installation of drainage equipment in the current electro-osmotic drainage method,a new type of conductive plastic drainage plate is proposed.The drainage plate can be quickly assembled into a horizontal electroosmotic drainage system,which saves time and solves the problems of electrode corrosion in the electro-osmotic process and the separation of electrode and sludge in the late electro-osmotic process.Taking the high-moisture content dredged sludge produced by Luojiagou dredging project in Fuyang City of Anhui Province as the research object,the double-layer horizontal electro-osmosis dewatering model tests are carried out by using the conductive plastic drainage plate.The test results show that the electro-osmotic drainage performance of the conductive plastic drainage plate is excellent,and the double-layer arrangement can obtain better electro-osmotic effect.
