摘　　要：行政理念、行政过程、社会环境、服务绩效是影响政府公信力的基本因素。利用SPSS及AMOS软件对360份有效问卷的数据量化分析地方政府公信力的影响因素及影响程度,结果表明:稳定有序的社会环境、为民服务的行政理念、优良的服务绩效、科学合法的行政过程对地方政府公信力都具有显著的正向影响,且影响程度逐渐增大。基于此,构建提高公众对地方政府的满意度与信任感、提升地方政府公信力水平的基本路径为:树立服务型政府的理念、推进行政过程的优化再造、营造和谐稳定的社会环境、提升公共服务整体质量。Administrative philosophy,administrative process,social environment and service performance are the basic factors that affect government credibility.Using SPSS and AMOS software to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors and degree of local government credibility from 360 valid questionnaires,the results show that:a stable and orderly social environment,the administrative philosophy of serving the people,excellent service performance,scientific and legal administrative process,all above have significant positive impact on the credibility of local governments,and the degree of impact is gradually increasing.Based on this,the basic path to improve the public's satisfaction and trust in the local government and enhance the credibility of the local government is as follows:establish the philosophy of a service-oriented government,promote the optimization and reconstruction of the administrative process,create a harmonious and stable social environment,and improve overall public service quality.
