劳动力迁移对代际传递的削弱作用——基于CGSS的多层模型分析

摘　　要：劳动力迁移能够提高劳动者的收入水平,阻断父代社会资本对子代就业的非正规影响,有效削弱父代社会资源对子代就业质量的影响,对降低代际收入传递、实现劳动力市场机会公平具有重要意义。然而,劳动力迁移并不能阻断父代社会资源对子代生活质量的影响,具备经济优势的父代可以帮助子代在迁入地保持较高的生活水平,会使子代的工作更轻松稳定,在迁入地的社会融入度更高,整体上具有较高的幸福感。因此,从政策上应继续弱化户籍制度对劳动迁移者市民化的阻碍,将社会资源的再分配向不具备资源优势的家庭进行倾斜,提高公共教育投资,加强对住房租赁市场的监管,充分发挥人力资本在劳动力市场中的配置作用。Labor migration can improve the income level of workers,intercept the irregular influence of parental social capital on the employment of offspring,and effectively weaken the influence of parental social resources on offspring's employment quality,which is of great significance to reduce the intergenerational income transmission and realize the equality of labor market opportunities.However,labor migration cannot break the influence of parental social resources on offspring's living quality.The parents with economic advantages can finance their offspring to maintain a higher standard of living in the destination,and the job of the offspring is more stable and relaxed.Their offspring have a higher degree of social integration in the destination,and generally have a higher sense of life happiness.Therefore,from the perspective of policy,we should weaken the barriers of household registration differences on the citizenization of labor migrants,tilt the redistribution of social resources to families without resource advantages,improve public education investment,strengthen the supervision of the housing rental market,and give full play to the role of human capital allocation in the labor market.
