摘 要:本文以郑58和PH6WC构建的194个玉米RIL家系为研究材料,对玉米的株高、穗位高、穗上高、雄穗长、穗上节间数、穗上平均节间长6个株型性状进行灰色关联度分析和通径分析,以期为玉米新品种的选育提供理论依据。结果表明,玉米RIL群体的6个株型性状的变异系数相对较大,多数大于10%,该群体6个株型性状具有较高的改良性。灰色关联度分析表明,穗上高对株高的影响最大,其关联度为0.8361;5个株型性状间穗上高与穗上平均节间长关联度最大,为0.8095。相关性分析表明,大多数性状之间存在显著正相关,其中株高与穗上高相关性最大,为0.885。通径分析表明,穗上高对株高的直接作用最大,其直接通径系数为0.596,穗上平均节间长通过穗上高对株高的间接作用最大,其间接通径系数为0.479。本研究利用灰色关联度分析法与通径分析所得结果一致,证明该方法具有较强的可行性,相关数据可为玉米株型育种提供理论基础。Plant type traits are closely related to plant yield,photosynthetic efficiency,lodging resistance in maize,and they are the basis of design breeding for ideal plant type.In this study,194 recombinant inbred lines(RILs)derived from Zheng58and PH6WC were used as the research materials,six plant type traits(plant height,ear height,plant height above ear,tassel length,number of internodes above ear and average internode length above ear)were analyzed using the method of grey correlation analysis and path analysis,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the breeding of new maize varieties.Statistical analysis showed that the differences of coefficient of variation of the six plant type traits were quite large in the RILs,most of which were greater than 10%,indicating that the six plant type traits have a very high improvement for the research population.According to the analysis of grey correlation degree,the effect of ear height on plant height was the largest,and the correlation degree was 0.8361.The correlative degree of the plant height above ear and the average internode length above ear between the five plant type traits was the largest,which was 0.8095.The correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between most traits,and the correlation between plant height and ear height was the largest,which was 0.885.The path analysis showed that the direct effect of ear height on plant height was the largest,and its direct path coefficient was 0.596.The indirect effect of internode length on plant height through ear height was the largest,and its indirect path coefficient was 0.479.The results of grey correlation analysis were consistent with that of path analysis,which proved that this method was quite feasible.The data obtained by this study should provide a theoretical basis for plant type breeding in maize.
