摘 要:探明不同灌水量和施磷量条件下水磷耦合对春玉米叶片抗氧化酶活性及产量的影响,为干旱地区玉米生产的水肥调控及稳产高产提供理论支撑。于2020-2021连续两年在吉林省乾安县设置大田试验,试验设置3个灌溉水平,分别为W1(50 mm,重度干旱)、W2(150 mm,轻度干旱)和W3(250 mm正常灌水);3个施磷量水平,分别为P0(不施磷)、P1(P_(2)O_(5)80 kg·hm^(-2))和P2(P_(2)O_(5)120 kg·hm^(-2)),两两交互,共有W1P0、W1P1、W1P2、W2P0、W2P1、W2P2、W3P0、W3P1和W3P2九个处理。测定春玉米叶片全生育期的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性、可溶性糖含量以及春玉米的产量等指标。结果表明,不同处理春玉米叶片的SOD、CAT、POD活性和可溶性糖含量在生育期的变化趋势基本一致,呈先上升后下降趋势,且在抽雄期活性达到最高。三种酶活性均在150 mm灌水量条件下达到最高,W2处理的SOD、POD和CAT活性比W1处理分别增加8.5%、13.1%和10.1%,比W3处理分别增加3.6%、5.6%、4.3%。酶活性在施磷量为80 kg·hm^(-2)时达到最高,P1处理的SOD、POD和CAT活性比P0处理分别增加14.3%、19.6%和16.9%,比P2处理分别增加1.8%、2.2%和1.9%。说明灌水量为150mm和施磷量为80 kg·hm^(-2)的条件下有利于SOD、POD和CAT活性的提高,在灌水量250 mm和施磷量为80 kg·hm^(-2)时,可溶性糖含量达到最高,过量或不足则会影响春玉米抗逆能力。The effects of water-phosphorus coupling on the antioxidant enzyme activity and yield of spring maize leaves under different irrigation volumes and phosphorus application volumes is explored,which provides theoretical support for the regulation and stability and high yield of water and fertilizer produced by maize in arid areas.Field experiment was set up in Qian'an County,Jilin Province for two consecutive years from 2020 to 2021.Three irrigation levels were set,namely W1(50 mm,severe drought),W2(150 mm,mild drought)and W3(250 mm normal irrigation);three phosphorus application levels were P0(no phosphorus),P1(P_(2)O_(5)80 kg·hm^(-2))and P2(P_(2)O_(5)120 kg·hm^(-2))respectively.There are 9 treatments including W1P0,W1P1,W1P2,W2P0,W2P1,W2P2,W3P0,W3P1 and W3P2.The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT),soluble sugar content and the yield of spring maize during the full growth period of spring maize leaves were determined.The results show that the changes trend of SOD,CAT,POD and soluble sugar content in different treatments of spring maize leaves is basically the same during the growth period,showing an upward trend before falling,and the highest activity during the tasseling stage.All three enzyme activities reached the highest under 150 mm irrigation conditions.The SOD,POD and CAT activities of W2 treatment increased by 8.5%,13.1% and 10.1% respectively compared with W1 treatment,and increased by 3.6%,5.6% and 4.3% respectively compared with W3 treatment.The enzyme activity reached the highest when the phosphorus application rate was 80 kg·hm^(-2).SOD,POD and CAT activity of P1 treatment increased by 14.3%,19.6% and 16.9% respectively compared with P0 treatment,and 1.8%,2.2% and 1.9% compared with P2 treatment,respectively.As a consequence,under the condition of 150 mm irrigation and 80 kg·hm^(-2) phosphorus application,the activities of SOD,POD and CAT were improved.When the irrigation amount is 250 mm and the phosphorus application amount is 80 kg·hm^(-2),the soluble sugar cont
