多点鉴定试验中耐密型玉米品种稳定性与适应性分析

摘　　要：近年来,我国玉米产量不断攀升,玉米种植密度的提升成为当前玉米增产的关键,因此,亟需培育筛选适应性强的耐密型新玉米品种。本试验以20个黄淮海地区玉米新品种为试验材料,设计种植密度为75000株·hm-2,在山东省内16个地点进行区试试验。测定各地区不同品种夏玉米产量及其构成因素,利用线性回归分析、AMMI模型分析等方法,筛选耐密型、稳定性与适应性好的玉米品种。结果表明,2020年山东玉米区域试验中,菏玉1906丰产性较好,兰玉15丰产性较差。AMMI模型分析可知,环境和环境与基因型的交互作用对品种产量稳定性的影响分别为58.78%和30.75%;华太708和菏玉1906稳定性较好,滨研37稳定性最差;在各个试点之中登海种业试点鉴别力好,菏泽试点鉴别力最弱。综合考虑丰产、稳产及区域适应性的分析结果,菏玉1906是适宜山东省区域大面积推广的品种。研究结果解析了参试品种和区域试点特性,以期为山东省玉米品种选育和品种区域布局提供理论依据。In recent years,China’s maize yield has been rising,and the improvement of maize planting density has become the key to increase maize production.Therefore,it is urgent to cultivate and screen new maize varieties with strong adaptability and dense tolerance.In this experiment,20 new maize varieties from Huang-Huai-Hai region were used as experimental materials,and the designed planting density was 75,000 plant hm.The experiment was carried out in 16 locations in Shandong Province.To determine the yield and its constituent factors of different varieties of summer maize in different regions.Linear regression analysis and AMMI model analysis were used to screen maize varieties with good density tolerance,stability and adaptability.The results showed that Heyu 1906 had good yield and Lanyu 15 had poor yield in the regional experiment of maize in Shandong Province in 2020.AMMI model analysis showed that the effects of environment and the interaction between environment and genotype on yield stability were 58.78% and 30.75%,respectively.Huatai 708 and He Yu 1906 had better stability,while Binyan 37 had the worst stability.In each pilot,Denghai seed industry pilot discrimination is good,Heze pilot discrimination is the weakest.Taking into account the analysis results of high yield,stable yield and regional adaptability,He Yu 1906 is a suitable variety for large-scale promotion in Shandong Province.The results analyzed the characteristics of the tested varieties and regional pilot,in order to provide theoretical basis for the selection and breeding of maize varieties and regional layout of maize varieties in Shandong Province.
