摘 要:本试验以‘大红袍’茄子幼苗为试材,研究了不同浓度微生物菌剂蘸根处理对茄子幼苗质量的影响,以期为定植期该微生物菌剂的推广应用提供理论依据。试验共设7个处理:不蘸根(CK1)及清水蘸根(CK2)、不同浓度微生物菌剂[稀释300倍(T1)、400倍(T2)、500倍(T3)、600倍(T4)、1000倍液(T5)]蘸根。结果表明,随蘸根微生物菌剂稀释倍数增加,茄子幼苗地上和地下部生长均呈先升高后降低趋势,说明蘸根菌剂存在浓度效应。当蘸根菌剂稀释600倍(T4)时,茄子幼苗株高、茎粗、地上部鲜重和干重、地下部鲜重和干重、壮苗指数、根系长度、根系表面积、根系体积、根系活力分别较CK1提高29.51%、14.13%、42.33%、53.15%、20.58%、44.12%、28.44%、12.34%、36.47%、53.19%和20.40%,比CK2分别提高41.02%、17.20%、103.16%、80.99%、78.88%、48.48%、45.83%、41.84%、38.05%、46.35和21.50%;净光合速率分别较CK1和CK2提高78.44%和139.16%。综上可知,用稀释600倍的微生物菌剂蘸根有利于促进茄子幼苗生长。故在茄子幼苗定植前12 h,用该浓度微生物菌剂蘸根30min,有利于定植后的茄子幼苗缓苗和生长。In order to provide theoretical basis for the application of the microorganism agents during transplanting period,the effect of dipping roots with different microorganism agents concentrations on the quality of eggplant seedling took’Da Hongpao’eggplant as a test material were investigated.A total of 7 treatments were provided in the experiment:no dipping root(CK1)and water dipping root(CK2),different concentrations of microorganism agents[diluted 300 times(T1),400times(T2),500 times(T3),600 times(T4),1000 times(T5)].The results showed that with the diluted times increasing of the microorganism agents,the growth of shoot and root of eggplant seedlings increased first and then decreased,indicating that there was a concentration effect of microorganism agents.While diluted 600 times(T4),plant height,stem diameter,shoot fresh weight and dry weight,root fresh weight and dry weight,seedling index,root length,root surface area,root volume,root activity of eggplant seedlings increased 29.51%,14.13%,42.33%,53.15%,20.58%,44.12%,28.44%,12.34%,36.47%,53.19% and 20.40% compared with CK1,respectively;compared with CK2,they increased 41.02%,17.20%,103.16%,80.99%,78.88%,48.48%,45.83%,41.84%,38.05%,46.35 and 21.50%,respectively.Compared with CK1 and CK2,the net photosynthetic rate increased 78.44% and 139.16%,respectively.In conclusion,dipping roots with a microorganism agent is beneficial to promote the growth of eggplant seedlings.Therefore,12 h before transplanting dipped roots with 600-times diluted microorganism agent for 30 min,which was conducive to the rejuvenation and growth of eggplant seedlings after transplanting.
