摘 要:采用多巴胺(DA)对氧化石墨烯(GO)进行改性得到聚多巴胺改性石墨烯(PDA-rGO),通过溶液共混法制备PDA-rGO/溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)复合材料,研究PDA-rGO用量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:DA的改性抑制了GO在BIIR基体中的堆叠团聚,并增强GO与BIIR基体间的界面相互作用;与BIIR胶料相比,PDA-rGO(用量0.5份)/BIIR复合材料的交联密度增大58%,对于甲苯的溶胀指数减小14%,拉伸强度增大40%,其综合性能最佳;在频率1 kHz下,PDArGO(用量0.5份)/BIIR复合材料的相对介电常数增大26%,其液敏元件对甲醇和丁酮的电容响应度显著增大,分别达到10.7和79.4,PDA-rGO/BIIR复合材料有望用于某些有机溶剂的鉴别。Polydopamine-modified graphene(PDA-rGO)was obtained by modifying graphene oxide(GO)with dopamine(DA).The PDA-rGO/bromobutyl rubber(BIIR)composites were prepared by solution blending method,and the effect of the amount of PDA-rGO on the properties of the composites was studied.The results showed that the modification of DA inhibited the stacking and agglomeration of GO in the BIIR matrix and enhanced the interfacial interaction between GO and BIIR matrix.Compared with the BIIR compound,the crosslinking density of the PDA-rGO(0.5 phr)/BIIR composites increased by 58%,the swelling index of toluene decreased by 14%,the tensile strength increased by 40%,and its comprehensive performance was the best.In addition,at the frequency of 1 kHz,the relative permittivity of the PDA-rGO(0.5 phr)/BIIR composites increased by 26%,and the capacitance responsivity to methanol and butanone increased significantly,reaching 10.7 and 79.4,respectively.The PDA-rGO/BIIR composites were expected to be used for the identification of some organic solvents.
