摘 要:采用分子动力学模拟和统计分析对商用车C_(5)石油树脂/氯化丁基橡胶(CIIR)复合材料减震支座的阻尼机理进行研究。结果表明:随着C_(5)石油树脂用量的增大,C_(5)石油树脂/CIIR复合材料的结合能(E_(b))增大,在改善复合材料的阻尼性能方面分子间范德华力起主导作用;复合材料的自由体积分数(F_(FV))和均方位移(DMS)减小,C_(5)石油树脂起反增塑剂的作用;复合材料的玻璃化温度(T_(g))升高,有效阻尼温域(ΔT)增大,C_(5)石油树脂可改善复合材料的阻尼性能。C_(5)石油树脂/CIIR复合材料的ΔT和T_(g)均与E_(b)和F_(FV)之间存在显著的线性关系。本研究从分子层面分析复合材料的阻尼机理,形成定量预测复合材料的阻尼性能的理论方法,为商用车减震支座复合材料的配方优化奠定了基础。The damping mechanism of C_(5)petroleum resin/chlorinated butyl rubber(CIIR)composites for commercial vehicle damping bearing was studied by molecular dynamics simulation and statistical analysis.The results showed that with the increase of the amount of C_(5)petroleum resin,the binding energy(E_(b))of the C_(5)petroleum resin/CIIR composites increased,and the intermolecular van der Waals force played a leading role in improving the damping properties of the composites.The free volume fraction(F_(FV))and mean square displacement(DMS)of the composites decreased,indicating that C_(5)petroleum resin acted as an anti-plasticizer.The glass transition temperature(T_(g))of the composites increased and the effective damping temperature range(ΔT)expanded,showing that C_(5)petroleum resin could improve the damping properties of the composites.It was found that theΔT and T_(g)of the C_(5)petroleum resin/CIIR composites had significant linear correlations with the E_(b)and F_(FV).This study analyzed the damping mechanism of the composites from the molecular level and established a the oretical method to quantitatively predict the damping properties of the composites,which laid a foundation for the formulation optimization of the composites for commercial vehicle damping bearing.
