摘 要:采用低共熔溶剂(DES)分别在90℃×1 h和160℃×5 min加热条件及1 kW×1.5 min微波条件下对废旧轮胎胶粉进行表面脱硫改性,并研究改性胶粉在丁苯橡胶(SBR)中的应用。结果表明:DES可以对胶粉进行选择性脱硫;改性胶粉表面出现氨基,改性胶粉与SBR基体的结合强度增大;与添加未改性胶粉SBR硫化胶相比,添加改性胶粉SBR硫化胶的交联密度增大,拉伸性能提高,改性胶粉的应用效果较好。Deep eutectic solvent(DES)was used for desulfurization modification of the surface of waste tire rubber powder under the heating conditions of 90℃×1 h and 160℃×5 min and 1 kW microwave treatment for 1.5 min respectively,and the application of the modified rubber powder in styrene butadiene rubber(SBR)was studied.The results showed that DES could selectively desulfurize rubber powder.Amino groups appeared on the surface of the modified rubber powder,and the bonding strength between the modified rubber powder and SBR matrix increased.Compared with the SBR vulcanizate filled with unmodified rubber powder,the crosslinking density of the SBR vulcanizate filled with modified rubber powder increased and the tensile properties were improved,indicating that the application effect of modified rubber powder was better.
