摘　　要：司法体制综合配套改革,是以习近平同志为核心的党中央提出的原创性概念,是新时代新征程中国司法改革的新阶段、新范式,表征了中国司法改革由分向合转变、由内向外拓展、由粗到精挺进、由量变到质变飞跃的客观趋势。在优化司法机构空间布局上,加强跨行政区划法院检察院改革,审慎新设专门法院检察院,加快线上法院检察院建设,构建线上线下联动、资源配置更优、运行效率更高的司法组织体系。在司法管理制度改革上,深化司法人员管理、司法案件管理、司法事务管理制度改革,构建优化协同高效的司法管理体系。在纠纷解决体系创新上,深入推进诉源治理、非诉机制、诉讼程序改革,构建无诉、非诉、诉讼有机衔接的纠纷解决格局。在司法领域科技应用上,完善司法科技创新体系,推进司法全链条智能化,健全司法科技安全风险防控机制,谱写未来法治的美好图景。The comprehensive and integrated reform of the judicial system is an original concept put forward by the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, is a new stage and paradigm of China’s judicial reform, and represents the objective trend of China’s judicial reform transformation. In optimizing the spatial layout of judicial institutions, it is necessary to strengthen the reform of courts and procuratorates across administrative divisions, prudently establish new special courts and procuratorates, accelerate the construction of online courts and procuratorates, and build a more rounded judicial organization system. In terms of the reform of the judicial management system, we should deepen the management system reform on judicial personnel, case and affairs, and build an optimized, coordinated and efficient judicial management system. In terms of the innovation of the dispute resolution system, the reform of litigation source governance, non-litigation mechanism and litigation procedure should be promoted, and a new dispute resolution pattern should be constructed. In the application of science and technology in the judicial field, we should improve the judicial science and technology innovation system, promote the intellectualization of the entire judicial chain, improve the security risk prevention and control mechanism, and create a beautiful picture of the future rule of law.
