摘 要:针对锂渣中细泥含量高、有价金属提取困难的问题,提出了在有价金属分选前采用冲洗水型旋流器对其进行脱泥预处理。首先对常规旋流器和冲洗水旋流器进行对比试验,然后重点研究冲水位置对冲洗水旋流器分级性能的影响。试验结果表明:与常规旋流器相比,冲洗水型旋流器的底流产物中-20μm颗粒含量降低了3.83个百分点,溢流产物中-20μm颗粒含量增加了1.93个百分点,其底流产物粒度更粗,溢流产物粒度更细;当冲水位置为240 mm时,底流产物中的-20μm颗粒含量最低,综合分级效率最高,可达73.60%。研究结果可为合理选用冲水位置提供一定理论依据。In view of the high content of fine particles in lithium slag and the difficulty in extracting valuable metals, the waterinjection hydrocyclone was proposed to delime it before the separation of valuable metals. Firstly, the water-injection hydrocyclone was compared with the conventional hydrocyclone, and then the influence of injecting water location on the separation performance of water-injection hydrocyclone was studied. The test results show that compared with the conventional cyclone, the content of-20 μm particles in the underflow product of the water-injection hydrocyclone decreased by 3.83 percentage points, and that of-20 μm fine particles in the overflow product increased by 1.93 percentage points, the particle size of the underflow product is coarser and the particle size of the overflow product is finer. When the water injection location is 240 mm, the content of-20 μm particles in the underflow product reaches the lowest, and the comprehensive classification efficiency is highest, which can reach 73.6%. The research results can provide the basis for choosing the proper water injection location.
