乡村振兴背景下民宿空间集聚与社区互动研究——基于对常州民宿的调查

摘　　要：以网络数据为基础,利用ArcMap10.8空间地理分析软件分析了常州民宿的空间集聚特征。在半结构化访谈基础上,调查分析了民宿业与所在社区之间的互动状态。研究发现,常州市民宿在宏观空间集聚上分异特征明显,集聚程度低;民宿点与居民点空间关联性弱,与社区综合互动效能低;各维度、社区之间互动不平衡。研究建议,社区要秉持“管服相济、以服为主”的理念,提高管理效能;民宿业要提高产业结构意识和品牌意识,主动融入乡村振兴发展大局;社区和民宿主双方要提高站位,加强互动意识,提升互动效能,以利于乡村振兴的健康发展。In this paper, the homestays spatial agglomeration characteristics in Changzhou were analyzed by ArcMap 10.8. The interaction state between homestays and their corresponding communities was surveyed and analyzed based on the network data explored after semi-structured interview. The research shows that the macroscopic spatial agglomeration of homestays in Changzhou is obviously differentiated and the agglomeration degree is low.The spatial correlation between homestays and residential sites is weak, and the comprehensive interaction efficiency with the community is low. The interactions between and among dimensions and communities are not balanced.The research proposes that the community should uphold the concept of service-orientation with the integration of management and service to improve the management efficiency;homestay industry should advance the awareness of industrial structure and brand, actively integrating itself into the overall development of rural revitalization;both communities and homestay owners should promote their stance, stimulate two-way interaction willingness, improve the awareness and efficiency of interaction, so as to effectively promote sound and healthy development of rural revitalization.
