小城镇景观休闲活动设施评价与优化对策研究——以安徽省临泉县为例

摘　　要：居民满意度是衡量景观设施建设水平的重要标准.基于层次分析法构建了分布特征、外在因素、文化艺术、数量分布、使用功能、后期管理等6个一级因子和19个二级因子组成的小城镇景观休闲活动设施居民满意度评价模型,并以安徽省临泉县进行了实例研究.结果表明:临泉县小城镇景观设施建设居民满意度整体处于一般水平,存在地区发展不平衡、缺乏地方特色、类型样式简单、人均需求不足、管理不完善等问题.据此,提出了协同发展、因地制宜、以人为本,丰富内涵、加强管理等对策.研究结果可以为当前小城镇更高质量的建设居民满意的景观休闲活动设施提供理论依据和实践参考.Residents’satisfaction is an important standard to measure the construction level of landscape facilities.based on the analytic hierarchy process,the evaluation model of residents’satisfaction with landscape leisure facilities in small towns is constructed,which is composed of six primary factors such as distribution characteristics,external factors,culture and art,quantity distribution,use function,and later management etc.and 19 secondary factors,and a case study is carried out in Linquan county of Anhui province.The results show that the residents’satisfaction with the construction of landscape facilities in small towns in Linquan county is generally at the general level,and there are some problems,such as unbalanced regional development,lack of local characteristics,simple types and styles,insufficient per capita demand,imperfect management etc.Accordingly,the countermeasures of coordinated development,adjusting measures to local conditions,people-oriented,enriching connotation and strengthening management are proposed.The research results can provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the construction of facilities of landscape leisure activities with higher quality and residents’satisfaction in small towns.
