关于进一步加强乡镇(街道)工会建设的思考——以广西乡镇(街道)工会建设情况为例

摘　　要：乡镇(街道)工会具有地方工会和基层工会的双重职责,在工会组织领导体制中处于十分重要的地位。如何进一步加强乡镇(街道)工会建设是当前值得进一步研究的重要课题。通过对广西乡镇(街道)工会建设情况的调查研究,分析梳理出当前广西乡镇(街道)工会建设存在的不足,进一步提出新时期加强乡镇(街道)工会建设的对策与建议。Township(sub-district)trade unions have the dual responsibilities of local trade unions and grassroots trade unions,and occupy a very important position in the leadership system of trade union organizations.How to further strengthen the construction of township(sub-district)trade unions is an important topic worthy of further study at present.Through the investigation and study of the construction of trade unions in Guangxi's townships(sub-districts),the shortcomings of the current local trade union construction are analyzed and sorted out,and the countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the construction of township(sub-district)trade unions in the new era are further proposed.
