摘　　要：铁路物流基地作为我国铁路物流发展的重要载体,是提升铁路物流服务能力和发展水平的关键。从铁路物流基地经营现状出发,通过分析物流基地建设及土地利用、货物到发量、运费收入、货物品类发送等情况,总结分析铁路物流基地经营存在管理模式不明确、开发模式单一、铁路运输环节较多、直达班列比例偏低、价格机制不完善、物流延伸服务缺乏创新等问题,研究提出推进物流基地一体化经营管理、丰富物流基地开发模式、创新直达运输组织模式、强化班列运行线管理、完善铁路运价下浮政策以及拓展供应链产品等措施建议,为提升物流基地经营发展水平提供技术支撑。As an important carrier of railway logistics development in China,the railway logistics base is the key to improving the service capacity and development level of railway logistics.Starting with the development status of railway logistics bases,this paper analyzed the planning and construction of logistics bases,the arrival and departure volume of goods,freight revenue,and the operation of block trains.On this basis,it summarized and analyzed the problems in the operation of railway logistics bases,such as the unclear management mode,single development mode,lack of competitive advantages in timeliness,low proportion of direct block trains,imperfect price mechanism,and insufficient diversified services.Therefore,this paper proposed the following measures and suggestions to tackle these problems:promoting the integrated operation and management of logistics bases,enriching the development mode of logistics bases,innovating the direct transportation organization mode,strengthening the management of block train operation lines,improving the policy of the downward floating railway freight rate,expanding the supply chain products,etc.The research can provide technical support for improving the operation and development level of logistics bases.
