摘  要:针对新型替代铁路平车木质地板的木颗粒增强复合地板平车,研究了木颗粒增强复合地板平车装载金属履带装备的摩阻性能。参考TJ/CL577-2020《铁路平车复合材料地板暂行技术条件》,设计了对比冲击试验的方法,通过比较货物在复合地板平车和木地板平车上在5 km/h与6 km/h冲击速度下的拟合位移量大小,判断复合地板平车的摩阻性能是否优于或相当于木地板平车。结果表明,在本次对比冲击试验的工况下,冲击速度为5 km/h与6 km/h时,复合地板平车装载金属履带装备的摩阻性能优于或相当于木地板。In the new railway flat car,the traditional wooden floor is replaced with the wooden particle reinforced composite floor.Thus,this paper carried out a test to study the friction performance of the new flat car loaded with metal track equipment.With reference to Temporary Technical Conditions for Composite Flooring of Railway Flat Cars(TJ/CL577-2020),a comparative impact test method was designed.The fitted displacement of goods in a flat car with the composite floor was compared with that with the wooden floor at the impact speed of 5 km/h and 6 km/h.The effort was to evaluate whether the friction performance of the flat car with the composite floor was better than or equivalent to that with the wooden floor.The results show that under the working conditions of this comparative impact test,the friction performance of the new composite-floor-supported flat car loaded with metal track equipment is better than or equivalent to that supported by the wooden floor.
