摘　　要：托运人匿报、夹带危险货物是铁路货物运输重点治理的安全隐患,是铁路货物运输重点管控的安全风险,近年来铁路货物运输安检查危管理水平显著提升,但仍依赖人工判图,存在误报、漏报等现象,不能有效防止匿报货物品名、夹带危险货物等安全风险。在阐述铁路货物混装运输安检查危现状和存在问题的基础上,提出铁路货物混装运输智能安检查危设计需求,设计基于“机器判图+人工校验”安检判图模式的铁路货物混装运输智能安检查危管理体系架构,围绕铁路货物混装运输安检查危装备配置和安检查危智能判图,探讨提出铁路货物混装运输智能安检查危实现路径,为铁路货物混装运输智能安检查危提供技术支撑。Shippers’concealment and entrainment of dangerous goods are major potential safety hazards and risks of railway freight transportation.In recent years,the security inspection management level of railway freight transportation has been significantly improved,but it still relies on the manual check of security inspection images.Hence,misreporting and underreporting exist,which hobbles the effective prevention of the safety risks of dangerous goods concealment and entrainment.Considering the current situations and problems,this paper put forward the design requirements for intelligent security inspection of railway mixed cargo transportation.It systematically designed a system architecture for the intelligent security inspection management of railway mixed cargo transportation,which was based on the mode of“machine judgment+manual verification.”Centering on security inspection equipment of railway mixed cargo transportation and intelligent check of security inspection images,it also presented the realization path of intelligent security inspection for railway mixed cargo transportation,which provided technical support in this regard.
